Shakeology Challenge!!
Starting: Dec 1st- Dec 30th
Rules:
1. Replace 1 of your meals for 30 days with SHAKEOLOGY!
2. Before the challenge starts send me your weight & your measurements (tricep, waist & thigh)
3. Every MONDAY send me your new weight
(Don’t worry everything will be kept confidential)
**The last day I want your WEIGHT and MEASUREMENTS again! (Before and after pictures are not required but they would be GREAT to have)
Whoever improves their numbers the most in the 30 days will win:
1. $50 visa gift card
2. Shakeology The Workouts
3. P90X Peak Performance Bars- The flavor of your choice or the variety pack!
